Born and raised in Amman, Jordan, Chef Omar grew up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of the Middle East. From a young age, he watched his family prepare lavish meals filled with spices, stories, and soul.
Driven by a desire to share his heritage with the world, Chef Omar began his career in some of the finest kitchens across the Middle East and Europe. He honed his craft in award-winning restaurants in Dubai, Beirut, and Paris, mastering both traditional Arabic cuisine and contemporary fine dining techniques.
With over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Omar brings a unique perspective to Al Basha Oasis — one that blends authenticity with innovation and tradition with luxury.
